<strong>&quot;The Courtyard Cottages&quot; comprises of two cottages situated opposite each other, giving a large group a total of 10 bedrooms:</strong><br /> The Coach House Cottage has seven bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, sleeping 17 maximum (16 + 1 trundle bed in the family room)<br /> The Courtyard Cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping 8 maximum.<br /> <br /> Together they make a perfect Cotswold holiday house for larger groups, sleeping up to 25 people.<br /> <br /> The main entrance of the Coach House opens into a spacious 30 foot living room perfect for family gatherings. There is dining space for all guests on two long refectory tables.<br /> Both cottages boast a cosy open fire to give a warm feeling in the cooler months, and both have a terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining in warmer months.<br />

<p dir="ltr">The original Coach House and Stables circa 1760 now makes a perfect house to sleep up to 17 (16 + 1 trundle bed in the family room) and seat up to 24 in the Old Carriage Room.<br /> The entrance patio and parking are directly opposite the tennis court area. The living room is a spacious light and airy room with two long refectory tables seating up to twelve at each table, large fireplace with log burning stove, TV and DVD, comfy chairs and sofas. Entrance through to the kitchen with pine cupboards, double steel range cooker, Belfast sink, large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier machine. Stairs lead to the 5 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms.</p> <p dir="ltr">A door connects the kitchen to the old Stables, now a very pretty ground floor double-bedded room with a &quot;wet room&quot; bathroom, comprising of a bath and a separate power shower. Upstairs, the old hayloft is now a comfortable double bedroom with a 3ft single bed. It has views of Bredon Hill with steps to a shower room bathroom.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Stables also gives you a fully equipped kitchenette, and access to an outdoor sitting area, perfect for al fresco dining.</p> <p dir="ltr">In total, The Coach House gives you seven bedrooms, with five bathrooms, and can sleep up to seventeen guests.<br /> <br /> The Courtyard Cottage is an inviting cottage, located directly opposite the Coach House.<br /> It is a light, spacious retreat from the world. Bow windows give lovely views of the surrounding Upper Court gardens and Bredon Hill, popular with walkers.<br /> It has three bedrooms, two on the first floor which have zip &amp; link beds (can be double or twin layout) and one in the attic (4 singles). It sleeps 8 maximum.<br /> The Courtyard has a dining room with seating for 8, a fully equipped kitchen and a further table in the living area to seat 4.</p>
